- Debit / Credit Cards: We accept all Visa and Master Cards. Dinners and American Express are only accepted on line.

 

How Long Will My Order Take?

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be ready as we may need to transfer some items in between locations to complete your order.

- Shipping orders: The expected delivery time on orders is 5 to 6 days after the products have been dispatched. It may take up to 10 days for NT, QLD, WA, TAS & regional areas.

- 'Click & Collect' One of our friendly staff will contact you to provide a convenient time for you to collect your products. (Depending if we have to order any item from our supplier it may take 1 - 14 days).

 *Please note, that there may be a delays on your order, due to supplier stock limitations and limitations beyond our control and can result in a delay of up to 10 - 31 days. This can particularly apply during Public Holidays and Over the Christmas Break. If you need your order to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us for special arrangements.

 

Shipping Information

- Once you finalise your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email from us (Subject line: Australian Lighting: New Order # 100000111) and another one from Paypal or Eway. These emails are your receipt, so please don't delete them!

- If you do not receive any order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us. Alternatively, Register Customers can easily and conveniently print a receipt for the order from their account. Click Here to Login using your registered email and password.

- Then, you'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been sent. The subject line will say "Australian Lighting: Shipment # 100000111 for Order # 100000222).

 

- Products are shipped through a courier nominated by us; we regularly make use of Australia Post, Couriers Please or our own delivery driver.

- *Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes or postal lockers.

- *Orders are sent on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). No shipments are made on Saturday, Sunday or Public holidays.

- We highly suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, our couriers are authorised to leave the goods at that address and are not liable for any loss once delivered. 

- Our team will make every effort to keep you up-to-date on the progress of your order and will provide regular communication via e-mail to notify you of your product(s) status. Australian Lighting Cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control and as such delivery times are only an approximate. Late delivery does not constitute failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation.

- If you haven’t received your products within the estimated time (see How long will my order take) please contact us on (03) 9548 9200 or to our email info@australianlightingandfans.com.au. Don’t forget to add your name and order number!

- We offer free shipping Australia-wide for online orders over $100 (and $13.95 shipping for online orders under $100). *(Please Note: that whilst we have Sales On, Free Shipping May Not apply).

- Pick Up In-Store - Click & Collect is Free.

- For all oversize orders please call us, so we can help you save in your shipping cost.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please contact Australian Lighting via e-mail info@australianlightingandfans.com.au or call us at (03) 9548 9200.

 

 Returned Items Conditions

- Please choose carefully as Sunridge Australia t/a Australian Lighting and Fans will generally not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.

- Product/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase (Store invoice or website email under the subject: Australian Lighting: New Order # 000000000).

- Goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received by you. We can not accept order cancellations or returns on items that have been installed or used. Returns can only be accepted on products that are returned in exactly the same condition and packaging that they were sent out to you so that we can endeavor to re-sell those items. 

- We do not accept returns on Clearance or Sale Items, Spare Parts, Replacement Glass Only Products and items that are imported or made to order.

- To return an online item please call us on 03 9548 9200 or email info@australianlightingandfans.com.au and we will provide you with the instructions of how to return. If you decide to return a product by Post, a refund will be issued less any delivery charges. All returned items, must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service (e.g. Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, TNT, etc), or returned to our store in person.

PLEASE NOTE: The items that you are sending back to us remain your property until they are received and checked by us. Therefore, if your items are damaged in transit during the return delivery, we are not under any obligation to provide a store credit or a refund. Therefore please ensure that you take out the appropriate level of insurance when sending the items back to us.
